Our baby sweatpants are designed with your baby's comfort and safety in mind. The soft and breathable organic cotton ensures maximum comfort for your baby's delicate skin, while the stretchy waistband allows for easy movement and a snug fit. The absence of harmful chemicals and dyes in our materials guarantees that your baby's health and safety are not compromised. Additionally, our sweatpants are machine washable, making them easy to clean and maintain.
For each order you place we plant a tree in our forest on Ecologi. We offset carbon emissions for each shipment we make and give you all the information in a monthly newsletter to be as transparent as possible.
All of our products are made out of certified Organic cotton and Recycled materials. Read product highlights to know about materials used for every garment and the weight of each of them.
We ship to any European country within 2-5 days if the product has not been pre ordered and is currently in stock. Our main carrier is GLS but you could also have more premium options like DHL and UPS at a small extra cost.
Shipment to Spain is 24h-48h and is free above 80€.
We do not ship outside of Europe. UK, US, Canada and Australia are not available at the moment.

HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
We have highlighted the steps and timings in our pre order journey for you to understand and feel more comfortable with this process.
Pre order, is aimed at reducing overproduction and making just the right quantity in order to avoid material waste and unnecessary costs for you and for us.

Pre order means that you buy an item that has not been produced or released yet. In our case, at Pamuuc, we release some products and when they are out of stock we put them in preorder for you to be able to still buy them, but with a small tradeoff, waiting more than the average 2 to 5 days we usually take to deliver the products.
Usually Pre orders are set with a brand to make sure they get enough orders to produce the right amount of a product without stocking too much and therefore creating waste. At Pamuuc we have around 20 days of lead time to produce what our customers buy in order to complete manufacturing, embroidering and serigraphy and shipping.
In other cases you might wait longer as the brand has the prototype made in January and the product is released in April, making the process longer.
When you pre order you will be notified step by step in the process of the garment manufacturing in order to get a better estimated time of arrival. We start producing the product after a few days you put the order and we are usually able to deliver 20 to 30 days later.
Yes, you do. We charge by the product at checkout and we try to keep you in the loop during the whole process for you to feel more comfortable and satisfied with the purchase experience. No worries if you change your mind, we will refund your order without any extra cost.
It really depends on the brand, you could pre order a product that is launching in the next collection or a product that is pret a porter. In the first case you could wait up to 3 months and in the other case it shouldn't be more than 20-30 days. Contact the brand if you feel it's taking too long.
Pre order is cheaper for you as a consumer because it is also cheaper for us as brands. If we cut the cost of warehousing, stock risk and extra pieces made the cost could lower up to 20% and this is why some of our products that are on pre order all have a discount.
