Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship and what are the delivery times?

We only ship in Europe as standard service. You can check all shipping information per country here.

If you would like to receive our products in other countries, please contact us and let us know for which products you would like to place an order and where you would like to ship them. Our team will be more than happy to find a solution for you.

What is the status of my order?

We process all orders within a few hours, except for pre orders. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that we only pack orders on working days and that it can take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking link to update.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 2 working days, you can always reach out via email at info@pamuuc.com, and we’ll be happy to help!

Our Return Policy

For all orders placed you can register for a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

For Refunds, we ask you to cover the return shipping. We will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refunded amount.

Where do we ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

If you have 2 discount codes to use, please note that you can only use 1 per order and can't accumulate them in the same cart.

Can you pay via bank transfer?

Unfortunately, we do not accept payments via bank transfer.

What does Organic and Sustainable mean to Pamuuc?

Organic is a way of keeping food and farming away from any artificial chemicals that helps plants grow faster, thus harming the soil with unnatural substances. Intensive farming is a real threat and as humans we should be concerned about the future of our food and plants. Producing organically is a great solution to use what we are given and learn about being essential.

Being sustainable at Pamuuc, means designing, producing and implementing strategies to be able to give great products without overstocking and wasting resources that could be allocated elsewhere. Fashion for us shouldn’t be fast, it should be about getting what we really need and not what we want.

What Materials do we use?

Pamuuc Organic Clothing only uses the following materials.

- 100% Certified Organic Cotton

- Recycled Polyester

We are proud to show that we really put sustainable fashion as our priority. Pamuuc aims to merge quality and sustainability with timeless pieces accessible to everyone.

Carbon Footprint

As part of our sustainability project, we always look for ways to reduce as much as possible our footprint and therefore integrate apps and ways to give back to the planet.


At the moment Pamuuc plants trees for every customer purchase and pays off the carbon footprint every 30 days based on the quantity of orders sent.

We do so via 2 applications:

Ecologi - Plant Trees

- Planet - Shipment Carbon Offset.

Packaging at Pamuuc

When you purchase with us,we plant a tree for you and you will receive your products in biodegradable and composable poly mailers that are made of corn waste.  It's our priority to eliminate all plastics in our labels and packaging, forever.
